As we close the chapter on 2024 and step into a new year, I reflect on a journey marked by strength, determination, and hope. This past year has tested us all in Lebanon—a country that has endured war, destruction, and the loss of Innocent lives. Yet, in the midst of chaos, the unwavering spirit of the Lebanese people has shone through. Together, we have faced hardships with courage, and I firmly believe that Lebanon will rise again, stronger than ever. At EPI Holding, our journey has been no less challenging. Across our entities—Ezzeddine Plus, Puffzone, Sooq, Beelivery, Distribution and More, Savory Goods, The Warehouse, The Polyclinic, Threesixty Marketing Agency, and Xposure—we navigated a year filled with obstacles. The war, daily bombings, and chaos shook our operations, but they could not break our resolve. I want to express my deepest gratitude to every member of our team. Despite the danger, you showed up. You crafted contingency plans, found ways to resume operations, and demonstrated a commitment that went beyond duty. Your bravery, fortitude, and dedication were the pillars that kept us standing. 2024 was a year of survival, but it was also a year of learning and growth. Despite every challenge, we moved forward. We adapted, we innovated, and we found strength in unity. Through it all, we kept rising. As we welcome 2025, we carry the lessons of strength and hope.
