Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our team and lead our business development efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Developing strong market knowledge of our existing and potential clients and informing the company of business growth opportunities aligned with our strategic plans.
Understanding minimum wages, compliance, and having a Security Background.
Providing in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making.
Developing and implementing relationship strategies to maximize our chances of securing strategically important new business.
Identifying niche markets and new/future services that could give the company a competitive advantage or improved profitability.
Building excellent relationships for Facility business and finding solutions to customers’ business and service delivery needs.
Preparing a business plan, incorporating vision, and mission.
Achieving set sales targets, identifying business plans, and providing support to continually improve the relationship.
Developing and managing close working relationships with the operations team to ensure that business development and sales opportunities are maximized and all high-value leads are generated and managed appropriately.
Ensuring all sales monitoring and reporting are compiled.
Winning new business through developing client relationships centered on solutions that deliver business excellence.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Understanding the company’s goal and purpose to continue enhancing the company’s performance.
Defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Preparing all required presentations for clients in all stages.
Handing over awarded projects to the operations team and ensuring the projects have been executed smoothly.
