In this panel, I discussed the "right KPIs" alongside Peter Schindlecker,Christian Wolf and Christoph Schmidt, addressing a key challenge for innovation departments: ?????? ???? ???????? ?????? ???????????? ???? ?????????????????? ?????????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ???? ???? ?????????????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ????????????????????? As you'll see in the panel, there are diverse approaches to measurability, but having metrics is crucial and varies by venturing activity. ?????? ???? ?????????????? ?????????? ?????????????? ??????????????????, ?????????????? ????????????????, ???? ?????????????????? ?????????????? ??????????????? It was fascinating to hear the strategies used by ?BB, Flughafen Wien - Vienna Airport, and Raiffeisen Bank International AG in their corporate venturing efforts and the types of KPIs they employ. I also shared how we've developed and evolved the KPI set for Venture Clienting and Co-Innovation projects at Creators Expedition - an AVL initiative. ?? ?????? ?????????????????? ????'???? ?????????????? ???????? ????????: ???????????????? ????????: Initially focus on simple metrics like scouted startups and PoCs started. As traction builds, expand to assess the impact on company competitiveness and economic success and team efficiency. ???????? ?????? ??????????????????: VC units need time to show meaningful KPIs, focusing on startup adoption rates and economic and competitive impact. ???????????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ??????????????????????????: Clear processes and a clear understanding of what a company aims to achieve with corporate venturing.
