I was charged for a monthly membership without my full understanding or consent, and when I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with rigid responses citing company policy rather than any genuine effort to address my concerns. JustAnswer’s approach has left me feeling misled, as if their system is designed to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. For a platform claiming to connect experts with those seeking trustworthy advice, I expected far better transparency and a willingness to listen and assist when a customer is clearly dissatisfied. I intend to share my experience with others so that potential users are fully aware of the hidden charges and inflexible policies that characterize JustAnswer.
