Innovate UK will fund up to 75% costs for projects between 12-36 months in length. Cooperatives world-wide follow the same set of governing principles, called the Rochdale Principles. One of those principles is "Education, Training, and Information"...education for not just our membership but for employees and the community as well. I've been entrenched in that principle this month as I tackle the Certified Cooperative Communicator program. This is a 6 month program where I have been learning how to be a better marketer, communicator and a better steward of my electric cooperative. This 4" overstuffed binder sums up my learning so far.
