My superintendent/principal friends, I have over 100 teachers, administrative staff, and administrators who are currently looking for jobs for the 2024-2025 school year. Hurry up and make your move if you need to fill your vacancies. 100% of our clients are reference-checked, employment-verified, and have direct experience. Send a message to TIMS Education Solutions, LLC or email [email protected]. Send us a brief message of your staffing needs. Gary Vaynerchuk says hiring is always a guesswork. I 100% agree with that, but it doesn't work like that in the education industry. There are specific details you need to look into when hiring educators. Finding truly passionate professionals who can educate our kids is a complicated yet achievable task. Hiring educators becomes easier if you share the same passion and commitment to excellence in education. Schools experience a lot of turnover, but when you have a partner like TIMS Education Solutions, LLC, there is zero chance you will go wrong with your choice. We have a unique screening and placement process that sets schools up for long-term success. Reach out to me. DM or email, [email protected]. Please share!

Teachers and school staff are juggling so much more than just teaching, from supporting mental health to handling administrative work. It’s no wonder we’re seeing burnout and staff shortages. These challenges affect everyone. Teachers are the heart of our communities, inspiring young minds and helping shape the future. But when they’re stretched too thin, students, families, and schools all feel it. That’s why we’re so passionate about what we do at Dunbar Education. We’re here to do more than just fill roles. We’re here to help teachers and support staff find opportunities that match their skills and passions, and we’re all about building connections that last. Supporting our educators means investing in their well-being and growth, making sure they have a voice, and providing them with the right resources. They give so much to our kids and communities—let’s make sure they get the support they deserve??.

I started working at the age of 13, as a part-time Librarian. For just Rs 5 per month... Yes, that is what I was paid in 2004. I used to work every evening from 6 pm to 8 pm every day except Sunday. I had to double the shift on Sundays. I used to feel sad seeing my friends playing outside and I had to work. But the owner of the library there always told me that one day this all would make sense, and it really did. This is the fact that during these two years of my assignments in the library, I didn't make a lot of money but I didn't work there for just money. I worked there: ? to learn ? to help ? to create an impact. That foundation helped me a lot in my entire career to date. This job taught me some most valuable life lessons: - Minding your own business is the best way to stay focused. - You can create an impact with the right actions at the right time. - Reading is the most valuable way to invest your time. PS: Which is your childhood memory you remember, where you are proud of yourself? #founder #life #recruitment #stories #linkedincreator

Hello Friends, I’m not really one to use this website as much as I probably should be, but I come to you all with a simple question: How can I improve? I have been out of the job hunt for about 7 months now and am starting to feel disconnected from the process. I, like everyone else seems to be hitting a wall when it comes to landing THAT job where I have to room to grow and advance. I know a lot of peoples success in landing a job comes from who you know, but in this post I would love to create a virtual picking of everyone’s brains. Either for tips in the application process or any recommendations for job sites to frequent or places I could network. Most of us are recent grads, and I would love to know how the process went to land your current job. My skillsets are as follows: * I am a recent graduate of the University of Washington where I majored in History with an emphasis on historical writing * While I was a student, I held a two year position as a student library assistant where I was trained in beach operations, assisted in shifting projects that involved working closely with technician and subject librarians in each branch * Along with helping train a new team of student librarians while the training team was going through its own transition and hiring process * I also worked three years as a writer at the UW Daily while also founding the Daily Archivein my senior year. It is a groundbreaking multi-media section of the paper that focuses on highlighting historical elements of the paper and the University, while preserving past issues in an electronic format, making them accessible to the community for the first time in their history I have a passion for history, and would love to take all of these skills I have honed over the last five years and put them into a job where I can continue to really appreciate the work that I do. I trust all of your opinions, for me all advice is good advice. I can’t wait to hear your story. Cheers, Liam

#ThankfulThursday and today, I'm #grateful for when APD=WIT. Reminder or spoiler alert? You choose...next Wednesday, April 24, marks Administrative Professionals Day. Ten days after I got married, I went to work full-time as a Clerk Typist in the Math Science Division of the local community college. Both relics now, my responsibility for preparing class materials, quizzes, and tests, with a focus on supporting the Chemistry instructors, was work being done on an IBM Selectric typewriter with copies being produced on a duplicating machine. I was attending that college part-time and rode the bus to and from work each day. A year later, I interviewed for and joined the Word Processing Center team providing document support to all divisions as part of a centralized team using a mainframe which is why it was so cool not too long thereafter to go to work for a start-up that used gem-quality diamonds to machine aluminum disks that customers applied magnetic media to for PC hard drives... My appreciation for those who work as Administrative Professionals arises out of having walked a mile in those shoes, doing Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of those I was assisting. In today's environment, the prevalence of such roles has diminished significantly, and there are far fewer who function in roles with such a title (LinkedIn showed 4,046 jobs posted for "secretary" as I wrote today's post as compared to 51,337 HR jobs posted). The nature of the work and the tools being used to accomplish it have changed dramatically. But the hearts, minds, and efforts of those who fulfill these critical roles within organizations has not...these individuals serve as the glue amongst the teams they support. A really good, capable, mind-reading, victory-celebrating, loss-commiserating, sounding board Administrative Professional is rare indeed. So it's my hope that those who are being helped by such individuals will make a big deal to mark the designated day on April 23 when Administrative Professionals Day equals Whatever It Takes, but, also will take time to regularly express gratitude for a job well done in the way that the individual most relishes such appreciation and recognition.
