The B2B niche is getting more complex and structured, with numerous unique challenges. - Personal branding - Long sales cycles - Intangible offerings - Pricing and packaging - Long-term relationships - Marketing and sales alignment - Customization (tailored solutions) - Customer success and support Face it, these complexities have made standing out from the crowd challenging but not impossible. To ditch these complexities and stand out from the crowd, try this: 1. Reverse engineer your uniqueness. - Re-identify your quirks and strengths - Ask your team, "What makes us different?" - Amplify those differences in your content and messaging 2. Ditch the 'preneurial jargon. - Simplify your messages - Speak like a human, not a robot - Make use of your own voice 3. Embrace your vulnerability. - Tap into your story - Be authentic and transparent - Share with your social audience your struggles, fears, doubts, and lessons learned - Show your audience you're human, just like them 4.
