A few weeks ago I had the chance to head out to Adobe Summit and what a great week it was. The collaborative nature of the event and the ability to connect with current Kforce customers and meet so many new people was amazing. There were so many takeaways from the speakers, working sessions and individual discussions, but a few have really stuck with me... 1) Martech investment is growing at a pace that has never been seen before. Not just with Adobe's tools, but Martech tools in general continue to be leveraged to drive business growth, personalization and customized marketing efforts. 2) AI... not just a whole lot of talk and fluff about it, but numerous practical examples of how companies are using AI to drive efficiency and save days, if not weeks of time on previously manual tasks. 3) Collaborate - It was really neat to see the collaboration happening between customers, partners, and suppliers. There was an appetite to share best practices and learn from others which was so refreshing to see. I look forward to many Adobe conferences in the future and taking what I learned to continue helping our customers solve their Martech challenges.

Thank you Adobe for putting on a phenomenal Adobe Summit event. Here are some of our biggest take aways: David Palmer: Adobe is really honing in on what they're good at, helping marketers make moves quickly and effectively. They have figured out how to steer a company the size of the titanic like a speed boat and iterate and innovate like a start up. Alexandra Panousis: Adobe has always had 'wow' moments in the past, but the technology didn't always live up to the promise. Today, with AI enablement, personalization is a reality, and across multiple toolkits, Adobe is now in a position to not only deliver efficiency but also really help marketers up their game. Colby Gardner: GenStudio and Edge Delivery Services are enhancing content creation by allowing every employee, not just those with design expertise, to effortlessly craft images, content, and videos. Corey Hankey: I was impressed at how important the automation and optimization is for Adobe and their customers. Getting the content out to customers through a unified platform from operations to delivery across channels will become the new normal so large enterprises can optimize their processes and iterate their content to ensure they are delivering content that performs for each of their audience segments.
