Is there anything worse than a SaaS platform claiming it can do it all? ??♂? These 'all in one platform' and 'one stop shop' claims make me cringe. No, your platform can't do it all. Stop lying to your customers! Surely most customers would rather you tell them what your platform is great at and then be honest about where you're leveraging partners to strengthen your offering to them? Do you agree? Expectation vs reality ?? When it comes to workplace solutions, there’s a lot of overpromising and under-delivering. Point solutions claim they can do it all to win a deal, but leave the customer disappointed when they realise what they can actually deliver. It’s kind of like paying ￡35 for a ticket to an immersive Willy Wonka experience that promises to be a ‘celebration of chocolate in all its delightful forms’, but ending up in a sparsely decorated warehouse with a couple of plastic props and a single Oompa Loompa… Depending on your goals, it’s very unlikely that there is a single company out there that can do everything you want. And that’s exactly why we need to make our industry more collaborative – working with partners to deliver solutions that provide customers with real value.
