We’re looking for a Junior Climate Investor/Chief of Staff to join our team in the San Francisco Bay asap (ideally January!). ?? Investing: Sourcing deals, running diligence, writing memos, and helping startups post-investment. ?? Operations: Managing meetings, creating PowerPoint slides, and keeping processes organized. ?? Communications: Hosting events, crafting emails, and maintaining our LinkedIn presence. ?????? Leadership Support: Acting as Chief of Staff to help manage priorities and ensure seamless team operations. ?? And More: Anything and everything that needs doing in a startup fund environment! ?? Who You Are We’re looking for someone who checks these boxes: 1?? Mission-Aligned: You deeply care about climate change and believe finance is a powerful tool for impact. 2?? Incredibly Curious: Like a 3-year-old asking "why" about everything—you want to dig deeper and understand the "why," "how," and "what." 3?? Industry Savvy: Experience in climate-related sectors (energy, mobility, manufacturing etc) is a HUGE plus. Bonus for STEM backgrounds! 4?? Fast Learner: You pick things up quickly and adapt with ease. 5?? Global Perspective: International experience and additional languages (Japanese, Korean, European languages) are big bonuses. 6?? Execution-Focused: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing time and priorities. 7?? People-Oriented: Comfortable navigating relationships with startups, co-investors, and team members. 8??
