If you're not familiar with it, Parker Dewey Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional projects that allow college students or recent graduates to explore companies and careers while building experience. In March of 2023, I did a Micro-Internship with NASCAR. My Micro-Internship experience allowed me to gain paid, professional experience. For this project, I was responsible for conducting an analysis of the employer brand of NASCAR. I had a lot of fun with this project because it allowed me to learn more about the organization while also helping me improve my analysis and presentation skills. My schedule wasn't going to allow for a traditional internship, so it was a blessing that an accessible option as Parker Dewey exists.
