A: Hmmm, I say, “I work with other companies to integrate, promote, and sell our software together. I create marketing strategies and campaigns that help us reach more customers and grow our business!” Q: How does what you do take us Frogward? A: JFrog’s technology integrations take our company Frogward by broadening our capabilities as the universal software supply chain platform and enables us to be too integrated to fail. Q: If a Frog wasn’t our mascot, which other animal would be it? A: I would say a lion. We are pretty fierce and there’s a familial aspect to our culture. We all are close to each other and are tight-knit, like a pride of lions! Q: What’s your favorite JFrog memory? A: Our July 4th party in 2022! Our CEO sat in a dunk tank and I was able to dunk him and won a JFrog-stitched red, white, and blue beach towel! Q: If the JFrog sites were put into a time capsule and discovered by aliens in the year 3215, what would they say? A: They would say, “Why is everything so green? These people love frogs too much!” Q: Why would you encourage someone to work for JFrog? A: Everyone is really friendly here, you can ask a lot of questions and learn a lot. Although we are a public company, we still have somewhat of a startup environment where you can wear a lot of hats and be involved in building new processes and strategies. I don’t feel siloed in my role and also see that my work has a direct impact on the business.

8 months after quitting my 9-5, I bit the bullet and invested in our very first studio. ?? At the time, I was terrified. ?? I worried it was too soon. ?? I worried if the business flopped, it would be a massive loss. But here’s what I didn’t know back then: ?? That small studio would push me to grow in ways I hadn’t imagined. ?? It shifted my mindset from solo creative to team builder. ?? It became a space where we laughed, stressed, created, and made big, challenging decisions together. ? Fast forward to now—we’re moving into a bigger space. ? A better location, a slightly larger team, and a vision that’s grown bolder with every step. More room for new ideas, more efficiency, and more creative energy. The Goal for 2025? Become the go-to creative video agency for tech companies looking to sell, scale, and stand out. We Niching Niching. Oh, and here’s a fun fact: 3 of our partners have sold for multi-million-pound buyouts after working with us. We must be doing something right. ?? Big things are coming. This week was a lot. Among all the news of layoffs in our company and beyond, we organized a summit in Munich to talk about our strategy, and how we will achieve impact. It was rough. The macro climate probably couldn't have been worse. ?? But our team was so inspiring. ?? At our final summit dinner Thursday night, a participate asked me: 'What was the one thing for you this week?' I didn't hesitate. Trust! 100% ?? It came out instinctively. Nothing will work unless we trust each other. Trust that we are heard. Trust that we matter, our opinions matter. Trust that the other person is also interested in making progress. Trust that we can say 'stop' if we feel we need to take a break and reflect. ?? As we begin to build on the amazing successes from 2023, in driving our mission to educate technical audiences, effectively and at scale, I am so humbled by how passionate people are about our mission. And I don't mean in the 'feel good fluffy kind of way'. I mean the 'complex cutting edge concrete' kind of way. ?? With metrics driven approaches, with experimentation & deep analysis, with launching in the vast and complex space of a large and messy corporation. We are here to do the hard things. ?? And that is who we are, those are the values I want to represent as a leader, this is what I feel has longevity. ?? This means we need a thick skin. For the moments of despair, the moments of pain, the moments of failure. To get back up. To look at the pieces of our work and sift through them to find the nuggets of wisdom. The pieces which show how things can be done differently. This is where the magic is. ??♂? To generate a new perspective and push forward. It's tough, and it'll take a while, but we'll get there. Education in corporate environments is due for a change. And we will be part of that change. ?? #thankful #inspired #people #team #product #technology #mission #passion
