Kimbell Royalty Partners Closes $230 Million Acquisition of Midland Basin Mineral and Royalty Interests in Cash Transaction - Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP has closed a cash acquisition of mineral and royalty interests valued at approximately $230 million. - The acquisition was funded through a public offering of common units and borrowings under its revolving credit facility. - Kimbell will receive all cash flow from production attributable to the acquired assets since October 1, 2024. - The acquired assets are estimated to produce about 1,842 Boe/d as of October 1, 2024. - It is anticipated that for the full year 2025, production from the acquired assets will remain approximately 1,842 Boe/d. - The assets are concentrated in Martin County and Andrews County in the Midland Basin. - Kimbell Royalty Partners owns mineral and royalty interests in over 17 million gross acres across 28 states. - The company has ownership in more than 130,000 gross wells and over 51,000 wells in the Permian Basin. https://lnkd.in/gX7gCWBr

Emmerson Resources is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised A$5 million through a placement to a number of new strategic investors and existing shareholders. The placement was undertaken at A$0.055 per share, representing a 3.5% discount to the closing market price on Tuesday, 10 December 2024. ? The funds raised will be applied in a targeted manner to strengthen Emmerson’s balance sheet and support exploration and development activities. Specifically, the capital will be used for exploration on our 100%-owned Tennant Creek and Lachlan Fold Belt projects, as well as metallurgical and geotechnical studies on the Hermitage Copper project in Tennant Creek.
