It’s interesting to me that TT would publish this article discussing uptime and reduction of operating expenses, and yet, nowhere in this article does it mention fuel treatment as the most important strategy to the aforementioned. You likely know there’s a premium on drivers right now, and I’m sure diesel mechanics aren’t easy to come by either. What would removing fuel-related downtime do for your business? What this article fails to outline is that, outside of the actual driver, fuel treatment is the number one most important choice that any fleet can make while trying to maximize how far their dollar bill goes. Not tires, wind deflectors, telematics—none of it is as crucial as what is inside the saddle tank and running through the injectors. Is your fuel Advanced? https://lnkd.in/eS5Q5VD8

Did you know that as diesel engine technology becomes more complicated to meet EPA Clean Air requirements, unscheduled service of Aftertreatment Exhaust and High Pressure Fuel Systems take frontline equipment off the road and affect your P and L! This means a good driver that reports an issue with his usual truck has to jump into a spare. The more times a vehicle goes is required to be in the shop, the more often your driver has to switch his or her gear over and can become frustrated. Good Drivers are a company asset! Once you train them, you want to keep them happy and on the road for your company not someone else’s. Keeping drivers happy can be as simple as keeping them in the equipment that they are trained to operate and familiar with to maximize safety, efficiency, and profits. The more times a vehicle goes down and is required to be in the shop, the more often your driver has to switch his or her gear over to an unfamiliar unit. This can become frustrating. A contemporary diesel additive can improve the cleanliness of fuel systems , restore fuel economy and improve uptime by maximizing your equipment and allowing OEM Engineered Systems to operate as designed ! Find out more …..

Ready or not it's go ? time! I-5! Electric Island's strung together creating a seamless interoperable network of stops for drivers to take a short break while BEVs sip electrons featuring Megawatt Charging System #MCS for a commercial charging experience. Louise T?rnsten up for another road trip? Felix Hamer - would love to see your reporting on this when it goes live. Thank you Rustam Kocher, CharIN e.V., SAE International, Ted Bohn and all the contributors. Note 1: Even with private capital matching this is just a down payment for the scale needed so key will be to push the limits with this funding to show the way forward and allow ?? to ?? in ??. Note 2: These sites don’t sprout up overnight so the sooner we get started the sooner we are able to pump large quantities of (clean) electrons. Smart developers already have their locations and utility requests in. Note 3: BEVs that are able to handle this duty cycle are just now coming to market. Today’s short list include Tesla Semi and Windrose Technology. Assurance infrastructure is on the way can help firm up orders / volume production and competition which will help drive down costs.
