In my entrepreneurial journey, one of the things that I did right was to build a community of other entrepreneurs around me. It is this community that has lifted me up when I was down and we are all getting tons of value from each other. One of the great communities I became part of was?Aleksander Vitkin 's Business Mentor community. Can't believe this group has been going on for over 10 years now. We are all agency owners and we all support each other in our growth. I like to think of this as optimizing my time and interactions. Surrounding myself with entrepreneurs forces me to constantly be talking and thinking about business. This makes my problem solving and consulting skills way better over time. 3 Quick Lessons Learned ???? Just wrapped up an amazing small business event where I had the chance to listen to so many incredible stories from fellow entrepreneurs. It’s a powerful reminder of why storytelling is at the heart of what we do—and why we keep going. Here are a few takeaways that really hit home: Lesson 1: Don’t give up. Hard work and consistency pay off in the long run. It may not be easy, but the journey is worth it. Lesson 2: Focus on others. Making clients happy should be our priority. It’s not all about us—it’s about building something that truly serves others. Lesson 3: Do it together. We can achieve a lot alone, but we go so much farther when we make connections and lift each other up.
