If the last several years of enterprise software has been driven in large part by the consumerization of the enterprise, the next several years will be marked by the communitization of the enterprise. Largely fueled by the Covid-19 pandemic and material acceleration in remote work, WFH employees will not only seek tools that facilitate productivity and collaboration, but software that enables them to feel seen, heard, and truly connected to their colleagues and supported by their company, i.e., the virtual office as community.
Jeff Weiner, I think that the change on our entrepreneurial ecosystem will be even deeper. It's how people will use those tools to inspire others. For example, I truly believe that working from home can inspire our children to become entrepreneurs, scientist and writer. However, we need to take the new tools and get our children be a part of the working experience, get them in webinars we deliver, in team meetings etc. https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/working-from-home-create-new-generation-younger-illai-gescheit/
Very true Jeff Weiner. Global influencer and leader Gautam Ghosh talks on how new age Human Capital Management Platform is taking a swirl amongst marketers and how to decide which platform is right for your firm in an exclusive interview with peopleHum : https://s.peoplehum.com/jt79i
Very True! It will cut across geographies and time zones, reducing talent and real estate costs.?
So interesting ! For those who want to exchange and talk about it, let's #connect ! I'm #open (#ONO).
Yes, because otherwise it would be agonizing methods of surveillience. Much better what you propose. Thanks for your groundbreaking tips.
Great insight and share
It would be good in far too many ways if WFH becomes the norm. Not only would the risks of (pan|epi)demics be reduced, but there's the reduction in fuel consumption, traffic congestion, requirements for office space, ... Of course, it's not for free, since IT support costs would likely rise, and as mentioned in the main post, teleworkers will be prime targets for digital and social-engineering attacks.
If it software has damaged due to covid-19.Sorry to interrupt but developers can repair it.I think one should start again.

4 年Kristie Franco; Scott Buth This is what we were starting to talk about yesterday. Being seen and heard (regardless of WFH or not) is good for both the employee and the organization. As Jeff Weiner implies, people need more than just the collab tools --- they need to be seen and heard as their careers progress. And I would go further and say that the organization needs to see and hear the very people who have the skills to do the work (wherever they may be). The very essence of Skiller Bee!
