If you're like me, your stress and overwhelm are a bit much with all of the uncertainty right now. I found the tips in this article were helpful for me as I work on how to make my work have a grounding effect in the midst of everything. https://buff.ly/3280dYN
Taking some exercise , even a short walk can help refocus.

Thank you for sharing. I take a timeout and usually go for a jog or just talk to someone I am comfortable sharing with.
...go to bed 1 hour earlier and make your bed first thing in the morning !!
The Pomodoro technique is my weapon of choice when trying to make it through a bad day. It feels similar to doing half of the usual work (since I usually can’t afford to do only half of the usual work). Taking things 25 minutes at a time makes the day feel less overwhelming.
Believe me! This is life for many of us.
Plan for the long term. There will always be good days, bad days, and a week you wished ended yesterday. But, keep things into perspective: If you are employed, and are able to take care of your family during these times, then change your mindset and be grateful, and show gratitude. Because the stress caused by unemployment, will leave you more overwhelmed, and in poorer mental health. There are people who have lost their life’s work, and are in danger of depleting their savings. When overwhelmed, look closely at what works and explore all options. One good way is to write out your to-do list, and focus on tasks that are priority. Maybe you need to break down your tasks into small manageable subtasks, each with specific due dates. Possibly, make some small adjustments in your workday, such as go for quick walk during lunch. We all will, at times, be overwhelmingly stretched. But, think positive. And, don’t be hard on yourself.??Thank you for highlighting this Josh Dougherty and Scott Olster.
#Worklifebalance is the key to success when you are overloaded with work you got to say NO. When you fall sick nobody will come apart from your loved ones. Take breaks, set expectations, don't over hype yourself and land into more responsibilities.
