On World Suicide Prevention Day, we acknowledge how important it is to open discussion and encourage conversation around suicide. Despite how this topic can be difficult, uncomfortable, and emotional, we must remain in connection and in curiosity with each other to offer support, strength, and hope. Suicide is a leading cause of death in the United States, particularly among our youth. There is no better time than now to reach out and check in with those around you of all ages. Nobody deserves to struggle alone; everybody deserves a life worth living. We are here to help: https://lnkd.in/eSJ6f697

We all have a role to play in preventing suicide ———————————————— Today, on World Suicide Prevention Day, we unite in solidarity and hope, casting a light on a subject often shrouded in silence. It's a day to remember that each life is invaluable, and every action we take, no matter how small it may seem, can play a part in preventing tragedy. Let's spread awareness, foster understanding, and encourage those who are struggling to seek help. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Together, we can create a world where no one feels alone in their darkest moments. Let's commit to listening, supporting, and lifting each other up, every day. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day A time to honour the memories of those we've lost to suicide and to support those who are struggling or grieving. The message is simple: We all have a role to play. Whether it’s staying connected, offering support to those we care about, or helping someone access the assistance they need, we can make a difference. Today, and every day, let the people around you know you’re there for them. Sometimes, simply asking “Are you OK?” can be a powerful step. A conversation can change a life.
