PSA to sales managers: Have conversations with each individual sales person about the location, audience, struggles, nuances, etc ROUTINELY. Not just about the bottom dollar quota. And make it an environment where they can share the truth — not feel like they have to talk highly of it to keep their job. Making HUGE changes in someone’s territory is a recipie for disaster (professionally and personally) as it takes TIME to ramp up. And momentum gets lost. IYKYK. If you don’t, go ahead and book those times on the cal next week. You’ll be glad you did. ??
