1 个月Dear JBL Team, I am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable delay in servicing my JBL speaker at your Gurgaon service center. It has been over a month since the battery replacement process began, and the necessary documentation is still not processed. This level of service is completely unprofessional and far below expectations for a brand like JBL. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue without further delay. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further. I expect a swift response and resolution
