These amazing individuals bring teamwork, tenacity, leadership, diversity and innovation to their civilian jobs every day. Many also carry life experiences that leave them forever changed by physical disability, hearing loss, and PTSD. It’s critical we ensure our HR processes reduce bias in interviewing, developing and rewarding.
