Environmental Impact Services Lead at Bühler Group | UNITECH Alumni President & Member of the Board

Our latest article in Milling and Grain shares how companies can realise the financial benefits of Environmental Sustainability, in particular reducing operational costs & selling products with a lower environmental footprints. It also highlights technologies in the value chain critical to reduce the footprint of cereals and grains. With approximately 2.6 billion tonnes of cereals and grains processed each year and more than 5,000 companies setting science-based targets to reduce emissions, the milling industry has a golden opportunity to lead decarbonization efforts and reduce the environmental footprint of consumer products. Coupled with increasing pressure from governments to report climate action, companies must quantify, understand, report and reduce the environmental footprint of their manufacturing sites and their products. Our Environmental Impact Services at?Bühler Group?help companies to achieve just that -> but to stay in line with the 1.5-pathway, we need to scale and rapidly increase our quantification & reduction efforts!
