I dont think we are seeing the end of working from home completely but I do think hybrid working is here to stay. Especially if companies plan on attracting top talent

2 个月I think as we are back in an employer led market, I would expect a large chunk of organisations to capitalise and go back to the old school way of working all 5 days in an office. I can't imagine those that got rid of offices or downsized office space are going to do it if it means acquiring more office space though. Interesting to see how it all pans out...
