This year has been nothing short of transformative, filled with moments of learning, growth, and reflection. ?? From diving deep into new challenges at work to fully getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Agreeing and understanding how sustainability can be complex and simple at the same time. I've learned that creating meaningful change is hard. But it's in those small, incremental changes where progress begins, and it’s a collective effort that truly moves the needle. What’s also become clear is that the impacts of our work in sustainability may take few years to show, and that’s okay. Patience and perseverance are part of the journey. But we must act now! On a personal note, I’ve made some incredible friends in the sustainability field this year - people who share the same passion for creating a better future. Officially making Diego Espinosa my life long mentor - wisdom on repeat! And when it all felt overwhelming, I turned to my constant source of support: my baby dog, Elvis. ?? He’s been my work buddy, stress-reliever, and my everything through it all. Here’s to the challenges ahead, the small wins along the way, and the belief that together, we can make a difference. ??
