3 things I'm doing for World Mental Health day: 1. Started my day with a fake commute with my wife (movement) 2. Remember to value my time between meetings and not necessarily fill it (take proper breaks) 3. Give to someone else - ask someone how they REALLY are and give them the space to talk. No unsolicited advice or solutions, just support even if that means sitting in the mud with them. (empathy) I had a severe physical and mental breakdown at work in 2019 from unmanaged stress. Not having the ability or opportunity to talk openly was a significant contributing factor.... Here's a no doubt poorly captioned video.... #betteroutthanin #bettertogether #yourenotalone
