Yesterday I did a strategy session with my team based around the EOS model and when discussing our values again, we decided friendly was going out the window. We don’t want to be afraid of pissing people off and sometimes being friends and friendly just isn’t profitable ??

I find myself going through stages of thinking ‘let’s p*ss someone off with this opinion’ and ‘no no, try not to come across like too much of a d*ick!’. Maybe there’s a balance I’m missing ??
