The team just completed a training on #Situation #leadership, Championed by the #AMET #GOLD, Situational Leadership (SLii) program team for our T3s, and facilitated by the seasoned trainer Camille McPherson. In this session Leaders were taught how to have the right #mindset and #skillset in order to effectively use the four different styles of leadership. This was the culminating session of The stepping up to leadership training.
