The projects and automations carried out by Dal Maschio also extend outside the usual fields of application of injection molding, and can involve different production cycles: an example is the one in today's film. ?? The automation solves two needs: that of controlling the closing of bottles, exiting from a filling line (detergent products), and that of placing the bottles themselves in a box, in an orderly manner. The first task is solved by means of an optical sight able to detect errors in the closure of the cap, with consequent rejection of the bottles that present a defect in this respect. The second task involves the use of a line-side robot, capable of servicing the canning area, equipped with a special apparatus for the simultaneous picking up of 15 bottles after they have been ‘’squared‘’. The process is completed by the automatic taping machine for the final closure of the boxes and the side self-adhesive label applicator.
