Jade Gas Holdings signs 20 well Gas Production Partnership through a non-binding term sheet with Chinese drilling company DWK to develop the Red Lake #gas field. Under the Partnership, Jade and DWK intend to negotiate a binding agreement with key terms including: ? DWK to fund the next 20 production wells at Red Lake, conditional on the successful drilling of the current 4 production wells and regulator approval; ? An appropriate revenue share arrangement on gas sales from the 20 Red Lake wells; and ? Jade retains project ownership with minimal company funds required for these next production wells and ultimately meaningful revenues. Commenting on the Partnership with DWK, Executive Chairman, Dennis Morton, said: This is a significant milestone for the Company that has the potential to fundamentally change the pathway for Jade to achieve meaningful production and revenues from Red Lake. The structure of the Partnership provides a unique way for Jade to transition to a major gas producer in quick time with only a small number of production wells, offering a way to effectively develop the Red Lake area. It is also a partnership model that is well utilised in China and importantly supported the accelerated development of the Qinshui Basin. In recent months, we have validated customer demand for gas in the South Gobi region. Now, this partnership with DWK offers Jade the ability to quickly move to develop the Red Lake gas resource to capitalise on this strong market demand." An Australian Energy Producers (AEP) commissioned report by EnergyQuest has revealed the “major economic disruption” to the east coast economy under the Australian Greens proposal to ban new gas investments and highlights "the critical need for new gas supply” (Ms McCulloch, CEO, AEP). 3D Energi is positioning itself to be able to deliver much needed gas into the east coast market, having recently released a conceptual Otway gas development scenario ahead of the drilling of up to 6 exploration wells in the offshore Otway Basin, operated by Joint Venturer ConocoPhillips Australia. Under the scenario, a conceptual gas development hub could be unlocked by commercial success in southern VIC/P79 during 2025 exploration drilling. Drill targets are low risk and near to existing fields and infrastructure. Northern and southern development pathways may be unlocked by exploration step-outs into northern VIC/P79 and T/49P, to the south, through further drilling as part of the Otway Exploration Drilling Program. Brookside Energy Limited (ASX:BRK, OTC:RDFEF) has notched up another key milestone at the Flames-Maroons Development Plan (FMDP) wells in the SWISH AOI in Oklahoma’s Anadarko Basin with strong initial production metrics and a seamless transition to steady-state operations. The four FMDP wells - Fleury, Maroons, Iginla and Rocket – recorded combined gross IP24 and IP30 rates of 4,330 BOEPD and 3,761 BOEPD, respectively, with liquids yields of about 80%. Encouragingly, these results, when normalized to a single well with a 10,000-foot completed lateral, delivered approximately 1,400 BOEPD and 1,200 BOEPD gross for IP24 and IP30, respectively. These outcomes are comparable to those of the Flames Well, the parent well in the FMDP. Effective July 1, 2024, Energy Transfer Partners LP and Sunoco LP formed a strategic joint venture of their Permian Basin assets in Texas and New Mexico. The unnamed JV is comprised of Energy Transfer and Sunoco's crude oil gathering assets and operate over 5,000 miles of pipeline with over 11 million barrels of crude oil storage capacity. Energy Transfer serves as operator and holds a 67.5% stake in the JV with Sunoco claiming the remaining 32.5%. Through Energy Transfer, the JV will have access to a long-haul crude pipeline network that brings its products to Nederland, Houston, and Cushing. #jointventure #pipeline #crude #MAPSearch #ENvision

An Expression of Interest has been issued by Central Petroleum, the Operator of our onshore Australian gas production fields, Mereenie, Palm Valley and Dingo for the supply of up to 40TJ/d or 90PJ of gas (gross to the JV), for delivery from mid-2024 through until the end of 2030. The daily volume under the EOI represents approximately two-thirds of the Northern Territory’s current gas requirements and would facilitate the Mereenie JV in making a final investment decision for drilling multiple wells at Mereenie, including two drill-ready development wells. Given the projected NT supply shortfalls as described in AEMO’s 2024 Gas Statement of Opportunities, Central sees the EOI process as an efficient way to sell Mereenie production to customers that require gas supply from a well-established gas field with a long track record of reliably supplying customers under long-term arrangements. The EOI volumes can easily support a Northern Gas Pipeline minimum flow of 20 TJ/d to ensure the long-term reliability of the NGP to export our gas from the Northern Territory to east coast customers. On January 10, 2025, Phillips 66 (P66) announced its acquisition of EPIC Y-Grade, solidifying its presence in the natural gas liquids (NGLs) market with a stronger foothold in the Permian-to-Gulf Coast value chain. This strategic move enhances P66’s fully integrated NGL portfolio—spanning processing, pipelines, fractionation, storage, and exports—while providing greater reliability and flexibility to move NGL volumes from the Permian Basin to multiple Gulf Coast fractionation and export terminals. With this acquisition, P66 gains control of key EPIC assets, including Y-grade pipelines, fractionators, and distribution lines, positioning the company for sustained NGL growth outside of the Mont Belvieu hub.
