Yup, I love merchandise! This morning’s mix of nostalgia and caffeine had me reflecting on the different chapters in my work life. The hoodie? From my days at iPaper—hands down, the best workplace I’ve ever been in. I was on an 8-month part-time contract while building my own business. That plan got cut short after 6 months when I landed an opportunity to work with Kunde & Co (one of Scandinavia’s largest marketing agencies). iPaper let me end the contract early—with no hard feelings. In fact, they cheered me on and left me with the most comfortable hoodie I’ve ever owned. Seriously, steal one if you can—it’s worth it. The mug? A gift from my university friends, Mads and Claes, founders of Siana. They’re absolutely crushing it with predictive maintenance tech for big manufacturers like Danish Crown, saving them millions by simply snapping Siana's devices onto electric motors. And now, this mug is my daily go-to... when it’s not in the dishwasher. Both companies represent different paths I’ve walked, but what stays constant is the value of connection—whether it’s building something together or just sharing ideas over coffee. It’s funny how we carry little pieces of each experience with us, even when we move on to new challenges. Here’s to the lessons that stick with us, and the exciting roads ahead.

Just like in manufacturing, ?????? ?????????????? might look impressive and seem efficient, but let’s take a closer look at why smaller batches often make more sense: ?? ???????????? & ???????????????????? – Carrying so much at once is tough! Just like in the factory, big loads can cause strain or injury, making the process less ergonomic and less safe. ?? ???????? ???? ???????????? ?????? ???????????????? – One slip, and the whole delivery is on the floor! The same goes for manufacturing: one mistake with a big batch can mean a huge waste or rework. ?? ???????????? ?????????? – Sure, you get a lot done at once, but it's way slower to carry. In manufacturing, smaller batches are faster to move and adjust, speeding up the overall flow. ?? ???????? ???????????? ???????????????? – Not everyone can juggle that many plates without dropping one. Handling big batches demands more skill and precision. In production, managing big batches demands more complex setups and handling. ? ???????????? ???????? ???????? – The bigger the batch, the longer it takes to get anything out the door. Smaller batches keep things flowing faster. Customers must wait until the whole tray is prepared before the food is delivered. Have you ever had a good joke that you know could get almost anybody laughing but when you try to tell it, it's not just as funny as you expected it to be? The best comedians would tell you, having a joke is one half and the delivery is the second. The difference between a road side canteen "bucka" and a 3 star restaurant is the presentation, not just with the food but the overall ambience. A lot of times we find ourselves in that category where we have value and something to offer the world but we struggle with how we present it. If there's one thing top brands and fortune 500 companies understand, it's the power of presentation. Take for example your favorite phone brand named after a fruit, constantly rolling out new products that are not widely different from the last but their unveiling has everyone wanting a piece of their latest product. Having value without being able to present it makes your value only valuable to you. Know your audience, master the art of presentation in your branding, speech, appearance and your everyday life. Ask yourself this, what's my ambience? What do people feel and think when they're around me. The more we think about this question, the more we start to be more intentional about our presentation.
