At AP, our impact extends far beyond the structures we build. Over the past year, our team has come together to create meaningful change in the communities where we live and work—and we’re excited to share the results in our first-ever Annual Impact Report! Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve accomplished from September 2023 to September 2024: - 318+ AP team members volunteered their time and skills - $199,728.25 raised to support organizations across our regions - 12,700+ items donated, from meals to blankets and more These numbers represent a deeper story of compassion, collaboration, and care. As 2025 begins and we approach Founders Pledge’s 10 year anniversary later this year, I’ve been reflecting on our past achievements and future goals. When I think about 2024, the word resilience comes to mind. Founders Pledge is always looking out for the gaps left by businesses and governments that philanthropy can fill – and we try to ensure this doesn’t depend on everything going our way (whether that be favorable market conditions or an aligned political landscape). We take risks and we love bold ideas, but we also hedge against failure. We want to be around for as long as we’re needed, and we put all our energy into making our offering as impactful, efficient, and accessible as possible for our members. We keep getting better at it—reaching our highest “return-on-impact” yet: for every $10 donated to Founders Pledge this year, our community donated $196 to charity, $138 of which went to our?high-impact charity recommendations.

Breaking the misconceptions surrounding generosity can lead to more sustainable and impactful support for nonprofits. By encouraging year-round giving and proactive generosity, we can ensure nonprofits have the resources they need to thrive and make a difference.
