We are doing this today. My specialty is growing really small brands into bigger seven- and eight-figure brands. When I say really small, I’m talking brands that are doing 5000 or 2000 a month. I like to start from scratch and set all the systems so that once you get busy, it’s not a disaster. If you’re running a five-figure, six-figure, or seven-figure annual brand, my experience in customer service is probably useful to you. By the time somebody reaches an eight-figure brand, I hope they have customer service under control. I’ve recently been working on a seven-figure brand, and I wanted to get a handle on customer service, but they are using email and DMS. Enter Richpanel We set up a new richpanel account last night while I sat in a parking lot in my truck….very familiar. Downloading the app Richpanel is pretty straightforward and quick. Once logged into Shopify, ensure you’re in the Shopify App Store admin. Please search for the app, tap it, download it, and refresh the screen. A few minutes later, you can log in, add the customer service channels and your business information, and set up automation. I’d recommend importing your FAQ and beginning to enable self-service. But I’d also take an honest, hard look at the frequently asked questions and try to figure out if you can answer those questions on the PDP or see that things get solved b4 a ticket is incurred. The best way to do that is to track everybticket, use it to make FAQ, and then begin to do stuff that will answer them b4 the FAQ In about five minutes, my emails started to trickle in. This morning, I woke up to 60 emails in the app. I started opening them and sorting them. Half an hour later, I was on the phone with the brand owner. We had formulated a plan of attack that I feel will benefit the brand tremendously in the next six to twelve months. We were able to quickly start up some automation to remove the spam so it doesn’t distract us from our customers. The work will continue for a while. It’s been a few years since I first downloaded Richpanel for the eight-figure brand I used to work for, but my memory was pretty sharp on how easy it is. In about the time it takes to answer two or three customer service tickets, I was able to get us all Set up.
