At BC Design Haus, we handle complex branding projects that can stretch for months. If we only celebrated when the entire project was complete, we'd be exhausted and burnt out long before we reached the finish line. So, I started doing something different. I began celebrating the small wins—those little milestones often overlooked but are crucial steps toward the bigger picture. These small moments remind us that we’re making progress, even if the finish line is still far off. It’s so easy to get stuck in the grind, constantly chasing the next big goal. But if you don’t take time to acknowledge the little steps forward, you’re missing out on what makes the journey worthwhile.
