How to Turn Ideas into Scalable Results?? The author, Steven Covey introduced a concept called the law of double creation in his book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. The central tenet behind this idea is this: everything you see today is created twice– first, in your mind and second in reality. However, why do very few people stop in the mind and never make it into the realm of reality either in nonprofit, innovation & technology, the list is endless. I provide simple anecdotes in this video sharing practical insight that drives both organisational and personal results. My name is Itofa Ivarah, a 2023 Chevening Awards Alumnus. I love the part you said "is there a low budget version of that today? Get started on that" And this is to say that in as much as we have been asked to dream big and go big, it is also important to know where you are, get started there. Starting small does not mean you are not excellent. Remaining there is what makes a mediocre. Excellence is progressive.

4 个月The initial capital required to get started on any vision is courage to take the first step and be so obsessed with it until people see reasons to be a part of it. I can say that when I wanted to go through with the process of my book publishing, my parents didn't understand but against all odds I pushed through and now, they bring in their support in many ways to see that what I do is actualized. Courage is the first capital and when you've got that, you can begin to find ways in which you can make it happen.
