Developing a new product with layer flavoring in mind has been an exciting journey. As a food enthusiast, I have been working on a sticky rice application and am thrilled to share one of my creations - Sticky Rice with Chicken, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Chinese Sausage, wrapped in lotus leaves. The key to this dish is adding the ingredients in sequence during the cooking process, but what really sets it apart is wrapping the rice and chicken mixture in the lotus leaves to steam. This not only helps to incorporate the lotus leaf fragrance into the dish but also adds a delightful aroma to the overall flavor profile. I am passionate about creating unique and flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression.
