When I called for a fundamental world paradigm revolution more than 30 years ago, I expected to be called an eccentric. I wasn't. The Interface Paradigm (1rst Edition) immediately sold out. Stand ins in front of the EU Institutions - European Commission, European Parliament, Council of Europe and before the EU Member States' EU Representations in each Member States shall be organised against von der Leyen and her dictatorial policy imposed on the EU citizens without their informed consent. Dr. Von der Leyen is interested in control, profit and power. Professor Linssen is interested in the well-being and quality of life of eight billion human beings at interconnected personal, family, neighbourhood, local, regional, national, continental and world levels. Von der Leyen does not have the calibre to govern Europe. She is weak, vulnerable, power hungry and therefore easily manipulated. Guterres: same issue. One of the main reasons why there is such difficulty managing this world is our civilisation's inability to connect the dots which requires an understanding of global complexity, something that is outside mainstream education competence but provided by the IMNRC. Make it make sense?! Did you see what happened in the last 48 hours on the streets of #Toronto? I am so confused and often dumbfounded by the tactics used to speak about injustice, inequities and oppression spewed in hate, willful ignorance, prejudice and bad behaviour. Hate is HATE. Hate leads to more marginalization, linear thinking, destruction (of self and others), divisive thinking/acting and/or death. Yes, the Israeli and Palestinian war/conflict is complicated. War of territory and ideologies is just that....but... To continue to propagate vile words that lead to hate and destruction must STOP. The cries to murder Jews, the uptick in anti-Semitism, and the vilifying of Jewish people are beyond disgusting. It is incredibly sickening to witness the strength of the phrase "kill all Jews" spewed in the streets of Canada and the USA. Labelling Jewish people "racist," oppressors, etc, makes no sense. Please stop trying to simplify and justify the hatred that is guised in behaviours as "justice for Palestinians;" it is not. Learn from the greats, including Dr. King, Fanny Lou, Malcolm X, Gandhi, Sojourner Truth, Nelson Mandela, Coretta Scott King, Shirley Chisholm, Kamaladevi Chattopadhyaya, and the many greats who came before us. To witness hatred on the streets of Toronto saddens my heart and increases fear and trauma for Jewish people. The Charter of Rights and Human Rights Acts protects Canadians. But to see it being disrespected with hate, lies and bullying tactics is deplorable. Solving hate is not about acting in willful hate or willfully ignoring hate. It is about confronting, unpacking and reeducating mindsets and behaviours. Fear is getting stronger in your workplaces and your neighbourhoods. Executive, DEI and HR leaders must do better and address the rise in anti-Semitism and anti-Jewish hate and propaganda. To ignore it and make statements such as "It is sensitive; we don't want to talk about politics as we have to be mindful of Muslims and Palestinians... we just finished talking about Black Lives Matter, and that was hard enough..we have to keep peace and focus on the work" is unacceptable. Hate IS hate. Bad behaviour IS bad behaviour. Wrong IS wrong. Please do something... >Start by having more internal conversations >Speak with Jewish employees >Speak with Non-Jewish employees >Create educational opportunities where folks share their experiences affecting their work and livelihoods. >Partner and collaborate with organizations that can educate employees on truth. I’ve been on the front lines for many protests ?? from Palestine ????, to BLM ???, to convoys ??, and everything in between. The situation is never as it’s portrayed by media, politicians, and the involved groups. It’s always the biggest mouth, over-dramatic, say-anything-do-anything that are the ones to get air time ????. While the narratives almost always get hijacked. People parallel to the issues latch onto the bigger issues to push their smaller agendas. Paid protestors, anarchists, gaslighters, all kinds of individuals show up ??. Everyone needs to have a critical eye ?? when these events occur. Listen to what people say, look how they carry themselves, the products they use, who they associate with, and think ?? …who might have an interest in this disruption??? Check out instructions provided to students at Boston University’s Student Justice for Palestine. The messages that stand out are (1) conceal your identity and (2) don’t wear branded clothing. Really? And turn off your device so law enforcement can’t track you? What kind of advice is this? How “angry” are you, if to protest you have to conceal your identity and consciously leave at home your Dolce & Gabanna designer clothing? I would venture to guess that the median household income of most BU protesters hovers above $250,000. And by the way, what is this command to not talk with police or Zionists? Why not? These protests are planned, contrived and meant for upper-middle class college students. I guess that crowd doesn’t need to work and has little to lose.
