Football Development Institute since the beginning has been dedicated to supporting the development and transformation of football Clubs. Our main specialisation is in the sports area ("Sports Development Model" | "Complex football concept" | derived models and concepts), however, on the basis of the "Club Development Model of FDI" we also implement projects taking into account a broader spectrum of development. ???? In recent years, Marcin Gabor - on behalf of the FDI and on the basis of his "Football Identity" - has developed many concepts for the Clubs, defined a lot of substantive content, mapped out the strategy, led projects, monitored and corrected daily operations, carried out substantive audits, delivered lectures and held workshops, and provided advice. ?? A few months ago, FDI received an enquiry from FC Revera 1908 regarding support in the long-term transformation of the Club. After fruitful discussions with the Club's management, we decided to initiate a partnership. The decision to inaugurate the cooperation was based on the fact that a challenge arose that was ambitious, interesting, difficult and at the same time allowing us to work in a conceptual way. We are currently still at the beginning of our journey together, but we have already made quite a few steps and achieved our first successes. We want to get the European football family interested in the FC Revera project, so we have decided to systematically communicate our intentions, substantive foundations, objectives, plans, tools and specific projects. In other words, we want to let you in behind the scenes of FC Revera and our cooperation, so that you can see that it is possible to build the Club in a more conceptual way. ?? 2 days post Businessplan-Wettbewerb Berlin-Brandenburg (BPW) ?? Let's get it out of the way: We did not win, sorry, fans! Thanks for all the support though, especially everyone who came to the event just for Henrietta! You guys are just ?? Congrats to the winners of both the main prize and the audience prize (I honestly don't think anyone could have competed with that winning pitch, so chapeau!). The good news for me and Henrietta though: We ranked 6th in total! Out of more than 150 entries ?? I tend to sweep accomplishments like this under the rug but I think it is time to take a step back and look at this result as it is. This was my first business plan I ever wrote. It is a strange feeling to publicly say that I am proud of something I achieved but I am. Is this a female thing? And of course it wouldn't be a proper LinkedIn Post without the key learnings, so I also have one for you: A business plan is hard work but once I had it, it made so much sense to do it. Sounds like a no brainer but sometimes we need to say the most obvious things or even write them down - like you have to with your business idea in a business plan. Many of the things I wrote down felt like "d'uh" moments because it was all in my head, not really cohesive but it was there. Consequently, it was really important to see them all written down in a structured form. It made me feel much safer with my idea and the execution. Also, I was able to incorporate so many bits and pieces that came to me which led to a well rounded strategy. So I will definitely continue with the plan for the next phase in may and incorporate the feedback I was given. *Internal Moot Championships 2024 Workshop: Day 1* The Simple Do's and Don'ts With each attendee listening intently while jotting down every little golden nugget of advice they received, clear emphasis was placed on a few important but overlooked areas. The key tips and tricks shared included maintaining eye contact, summarising points succinctly, expanding on points if time permits, and avoiding fillers like "mmms" and "ahhs", making relevant references to authorities, concluding with a summary, and including a prayer for relief were emphasised. Azim also advised speaking politely to the tribunal, engaging with opponents' arguments, and addressing points directly to save time. After the said advice, the first day of the Internal Moot Championships 2024 Workshop concluded. Each mooter left more informed and prepared to handle the stress that comes with the competition. It is no doubt that ABD Azim Bin ABD Razak's expert insights provided aspiring mooters with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in competitions.
