How we can take advantage of AI as a Market Research company, What impact possible with employees with this change?
Hi everyone - we're looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday as we discuss what we are seeing from our Global Trends study, and how that's impacting the way employees think, feel and act. We're keen for this to be an interactive discussion. If there is anything you are particularly keen for the discussion to include, or any questions you want to put to the group, then please drop them into the comments here. I'll also be keeping an eye out during the session for any live reactions or questions, and will be able to put them live to the speakers (and make sure they answer!).
I reference some Ipsos research on loneliness in this talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NES3hSNv6o
If you are selling into businesses, vs. selling to consumers, understanding the people you are selling to are stressed should change how we talk to them about new products. Focusing on how your offer benefits them personally, reducing their mental load by keeping communications straightforward and devoid of fluff, giving people space to learn about your company at their own pace with videos and tutorials etc. can better respect the challenges they are facing. Cold phone calls interrupting people at dinner with their families to sell the latest B2B SaaS tool are not going to work anymore.
I feel this fear of displacement is possibly higher amongst gen x and gen Y :)
Great news on the raising number of people who are concerned about their mental health issues specifically at workplace as it’s greatly impacting people’s mental wellbeing and mental stability

1 周On the burnout and using AI to drive efficiency I think there is a great opportunity to simply reduce burnout through AI by giving people that time back to have those higher order time to think and strategize. As a Consulting Leader, I see it as a way for people to spend more time with clients and using research from AI to develop better strategies.
