Singapore Token2049 this past week was incredible! ?? A lot of us building in DePIN (Decentralized Physical infra networks) are so in the weeds with DePIN that we forget there is a whole other world out there that we should be actively trying to attract into the space. As Head of Product it's my obligation to keep these different customer/user segments in mind as we build out our product suite and generally refine our pitch. I am trying to bring a much more inclusive approach to my keynote speeches, panels and conversations. The power of talking to all these user segments can't be understated. Talking about real and tangible use cases and real revenue I have found is key. Next: Koh Samui, Thailand for the Island Dao Hackathon for some heads down building, podcast content creation and more networking!
