Yesterday, we unveiled our signature Bootcamp for the Kiddies Faculty of CWIN Certification Institute. This is an idea that has lingered in my head for a while until I got the leading to take action 2 weeks ago. In 2 weeks, we set up a full-scale structure for this idea. We built our website, optimised all our pages, created multiple marketing materials and drafted our Standard Operating Procedures for the Academy. Just 2 weeks to execute an idea that has been nursed for nearly 2 years. I don't know what you want to pick from this, but the first point I want to share is that you can have a beautiful idea, but if you don't take steps to execute it, that idea is as good as nothing. Secondly, time brings clarity. If I had launched this 2 years ago, I might not have done it with so much precision and speed. It might take me months to achieve. I have successfully mastered how to launch and build ideas. In case you don't know, throughout the process of launching this Bootcamp, I was also working with my exclusive students at CPB Academy who also launched their Online School & Business last week. I know you are wondering how I do all I do? LOL. Finally, building systems and structures is powerful. We were able to execute this idea with speed because we had an existing framework at our parent company - CWIN Africa. Every single project was handled by the team and it was wow!
