Greetings ALL!!! Today, I want to emphasize a crucial point about our #FitnessIndustry and the importance of understanding #Hospitality. At this year’s Health and Fitness Association (formerly known as IHRSA) tradeshow, we had Will Guidara, author of "Unreasonable Hospitality," as a keynote speaker. Why? Because our industry often looks to hotels and restaurants as benchmarks. We want our clients to #FeelGood when they walk into our clubs, just as guests do in hotels and restaurants.
