We facilitated the Scaling-Up! Mindset and Behaviour shift for a Client, developed a Playing to Win? Strategy, and got involved in releasing poor-fit People and in the process, added >$10M growth revenue and expanded the team from 50+ to nearly 100 people within 10 months. The Leadership team rewarded the whole company with Performance Bonus and a 4D3N cruise! In December, we got into a 4-day strategic planning meeting to develop the Playing to Win? Strategy and OKR for FY 2025. Playing to Win? ?? is NOT for every SME. When we “Play to Win”, we transform businesses who IMPLEMENT the Strategy and new Culture Code to transform from a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) into a Growing and Scalable Enterprise (GSE). Achieving $24M revenue within 10 months, now they're confident to achieve $30M in FY 2025. The next 2 years will see them in a growth trajectory.
