For this #3DThursday, we got to participate in the 2025 Harvard Tissue Clearing Workshop! ?? This is a mouse embryo prepared by Dharmendra Puri from Elizabeth Engle MD's lab and imaged on a 3i - Intelligent Imaging Innovations Light Sheet Fluorescent Microscope run by Daniel Giardina & Edward Lachica, rendered and visualized in syGlass.io. This sample is about 30GB of data, imaged using three different excitation wavelengths (488, 561, 640 nm) to visualize different structures in the sample at a 2 μm resolution per voxel. The students did an amazing job!
