This is what I'm talking about! Imagine being a customer who relies on HCM software to run your business. And you have this huge pain where the software isn't working the way you need, so you reach out to the provider to request a change. 9 times out of 10 that story ends the way you'd expect. With various polite versions of "Sorry, can't help you." #Empeon is simply different. Because we specialize in healthcare we take customer requests and ideas very seriously. If this is a pain point for company #1, chances are it effects company #2 and many others. That's where the problem solving comes in. The mindset isn't just, "How can we fix the issue?", it's "What does the industry need to thrive?"
