Last night was different. I had the opportunity to cohost a dinner in Toronto with two powerful thought leaders - ?? Michael Bungay Stanier and Chester Elton. The energy in the room was phenomenal and contagious. People stayed late and had a chance to really connect with their peers. Without going into details, I always like to share a few of my big takeaways: 1. People are suffering from loneliness. We often hear things like "I'm so connected, but lonely.
