This is my 2 Steps Start to Finish process on Prioritizing Tasks/Jobs and execute it by Time Blocking Step 1 :- Prioritizing Tasks/Jobs Break all the Tasks/Jobs in 4 categories using Eisenhower Matrix or Action-Priority matrix Cat 1 => Urgent and important Cat 2 => Urgent but not important Cat 3 => Important but not urgent Cat 4 => Not urgent or not important ? Step 2 :- Execution by Time Blocking Once the Tasks has been Prioritized, I Block with specific Time for every category of Tasks Cat 1 => Urgent and important => 60% of Total time Cat 2 => Urgent but not important => 25% of Total Time Cat 3 => Important but not urgent => 10% of Total Time Cat 4 => Not urgent or not important => 5% of Total Time These are my processes What is yours ??Do share please
