Danielle is a passionate professional in the insurance industry, working as an Event & Engagement lead for American Modern Insurance. In this capacity, Danielle plays a critical role in communicating, challenging, influencing and bridging different departments, ideas and processes through employee engagement. Outside of work, Danielle is a devoted mom to her five beautiful children. Her family enjoys the great outdoors, trying new foods and volunteering in their community. Day 4 of our 12 Days of Christmas Highlights at York Cares ??? This June, we proudly hosted our first ever Summer Sparkle as part of the York Festival of Ideas, and it was brilliant. Held in the stunning Hiscox Insurance building in York, this special event united older and younger neighbours. With over 50 attendees, the evening was filled with delicious food, lively dancing, and an exclusive tour of the incredible artwork at Hiscox. The event embodied the aim of our Social Clubs which is to reduce loneliness and social isolation by bringing people together for shared experiences. Artie's thought-process: More benefits = Happier workforce Great benefits = Very-happier workforce The best benefits = The-happiest workforce Not currently offering pet benefits but looking to? Now is perfecting timing. Low utilization/participation in current offering? Because one plan doesn't fit all. People need multiple options that fit their pet needs that are easily administered. TL;DR: It is primetime to add pet benefits to EB portfolios/total rewards for Q4. P.S. Artie hasn't made an appearance in a while. He's too happy not to share, it's contagious.
