The goals of a primary school is different from a secondary school & university. As such, the selling point of elementary schools differs from high school.
Trying to use the same marketing tools will lead to little or no results at best. You cannot sell a primary school's ability to pass External terminal examinations like WAEC, NECO, GCE etc. Even if you try, you give out a charlatan vibe to your audience.
Understand the expected overall competence of elementary school graduates & focus your marketing budget to promote your strength in that segment, likewise do the same for your secondary school, university.
Also be sure to market the harmonized transitioning outcomes of your school in general.
