Kind of liked a little bit of chip on shoulder that people didn't take us quite so seriously. Adam, launching a business from Newfoundland Labrador geographically can be challenging. What did you do differently? So it's really interesting thing because we started the company, there's kind of like a chapter before starting collab. I think probably changed that positioning background. I started, you know, engineering not knowing what I wanted to do in 20/12/2013. Before that I played a lot of sports. So at that point in my life, I was used to traveling outside the new line, used to having those experiences where you might show up in Ontario and find out that you weren't quite so good at basketball as you thought you might have made a new flat. So I always had kind of this like little bit of imposter. Syndrome, I think, around being from Newfoundland when you thought about engineering and a broader spectrum, which was interesting, right? Because in 2015, there was this Hyperloop competition created by SpaceX. And a friend of mine really, really wanted to do that. And I told him, hey man, I'm too busy, I can't do that. And at the time I was working in oil and gas. I had a great job and I was excited when I was too. At some point he convinced me to do that. And getting into that competition, I said I'll do one hour, one hour per week. So I told them, Fast forward. 6 or 12 months I'm down in Texas at this competition. They took 1200 teams, little it down to 125 and that was 125. We showed up and I met the guy who let MIT and their actual design was like unbelievable, right? I remember seeing I'm thinking myself, wow, how are we competing with this guy? We're getting crushed here and at the end of that weekend. We were only 25 spots from them in the world. And I thought to myself, well, we submitted here was terrible, right? They probably have submitted it to man for a homework assignment. We submitted SpaceX for building this vehicle. At that point is when my mindset like completely shifted that we could compete with those folks and we didn't even do a good job. And that's like where the obsession I think came that like the geography part didn't matter quite so much because the irony of it was there was actually six teams or six schools as part of our team start. And the two teams that kind of drove it through the end were man and a smaller school out of Boston, Northeastern. There was Ivy League schools in that whole thing. So it's like we already kind of overcome it. And then we just figured out how to make it work. And we were doing remote work before. Remote work was cool, for sure. And at that point, when, when did that? We obsessed over that. Then for the next 12 months at the end of that, we finished second in the world. And that was like the point where like crystallized for me. It's like, wow, OK, we can probably do anything, right? And it was like the experience of going through that was much more important than coming. In their library built, it was like figuring out impossible technology on that scale with that pressure just kind of opened my eyes up. And I think then we started thinking about collab. We were actually in California at the time. So we came home and we were there on internships and we had been there for the competition, but we saw it as a competitive advantage to actually have. A talent pool that we were going to be able to develop and link closely into a modern like collab today. I think we have 23 out of our 100 employees or interns. So we hired almost 1/4 of our entire staff directly from months engineering program, computer science program, which is like a pretty great. We we bet on that six years ago. It turned out to be true, but that that kind of formed our thesis is like, you know, we can be amazing from wherever we are and we kind of like the little bit of chip on shoulder that people didn't take us quite so seriously and do you graphically. There was definitely challenges with that, like fundraising was brutal in the beginning, but we figured that out. We learned that you need to just. Get outside and be like those other companies would go to Silicon Valley and the rest and bring that back and talent was the same thing. But I think we've now made it like a pretty like unique cultural part of what we do. Where I describe people, we figured out what's good about the American culture of building a startup, sort of the ambition and how big they think about what they want to do and problem solve. And then take parts of the Canadian culture that we really like and especially with my Labrador and build that in. I always tell people we're probably like an aggressive Canadian at the end of the day when you mix the two of those. Together because we shoot really high, but we care a lot about how we do that. And I think that's allowed us to kind of bridge the gap in the geographical part. And we've now got a team that's pushing 100 people. I think we're going to hit 100 next week, actually. And when you look at that 76570 or in Newfoundland, and then you've got people sprinkled everywhere else and they come the Newfoundland a couple times a year. It's a beautiful experience. We're actually bringing 75 of the top engineering leaders to Newfoundland later this summer. And they're all just like mesmerized by this. While they're going to the Atlantic and I can't wait to post them here. New flying. So I think it's it's an important part of our journey, something we care deeply about now. And it's frankly a little bit of chip on shoulder for a second round to prove that we can do it from here.
