Whats the main difference which you will see between Sr and Jr !! One solves the problem and second one tries to not have any problems. But tbh, in many companies management wouldn't understand this and they think why are you giving this much time to solve small problem. They don't think about larger frame. Sometimes CR as a main source of income, for small service based companies, management don't enjoy long term solutions. Temporary fix can generate #infinite_loop of revenue. Note: Only my thoughts, based on my friends and colleagues of different companies. Not a general view.

So many of today’s young DevOps engineers think, because they seemingly do the work of other Senior engineers on their team, that they should be labeled (and paid!) as a Senior engineer. Not so easy Gen Z’ers! You need to put in the time and mature into a Senior level DevOps engineer. This doesn’t happen straight off the starting blocks in your first DevOps role. Put in the time, learn the trade. Mature. Are you asking the “How?” or are you asking the “Why?” in your day to day workings as a DevOps engineer?
